Leaving the wilderness

How fun is traveling right? I remember being a child and taking road trips and going through so many towns and seeing the back roads, the people and the environment.
Being a child seeing all these things I never thought that my life at some point would come to a screeching halt. If you've read previous post I've shared bits and pieces of what my life has been. But I'll admit to sharing that my life did stop in a crazy way and I never adulted.
I did marry young at 18 and divorced at the age of 23, after that everything remained the same, I stood living with my parents, I conformed to settling and didn't really progress in life. I went from job to job and didn't advance professionally.
One day I heard God say I'm taking you out of the wilderness.
I understood at that point that what I was living was not healthy. It was finally in my face, change was coming!!.
Change can look different and change start with you and I. Taking me out of the wilderness meant taking progressive action. The lord gave me Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
So taking progressive action meant that I had to start renewing my mind and taking scriptures to change the way I was looking at things.
To charge the narrative of my story and no longer be a victim of my circumstances.
Honestly though facing your truths can be hard, specially if you've been an unknown victim.
But taking the bull by the horns and praying scriptures over myself to come to a place of freedom.
I've since then have gathered some scriptures to keep reminding myself of the changes and the new change coming that the horizon can look beautiful, change starts with you!
What are your favorite scriptures when seeking change? I'd like to know.
Blessings,
Angie
